The theory section is an attempt to explain why so many financial problems had emerged in the past decade. Although different schools of economics are presented in this section, the emphasis is on neoeconomics as information on most of the other schools is readily available in at any major library or on internet (even Wiki).

Theory of neoeconomics is based on combination of European capitalist and socialist theories of economics adjusted to the realities of American free-market. The theory utilizes many aspects of planned economy of the Eastern Bloc con tries, which were mostly abandoned after collapse of Soviet Union, yet now reemerge with such policies as president Obama’s healthcare reform.
